This private walking tour will give you a great overview of Prague´s right riverbank - Old Town, New Town, Jewish Quarter and Charles Bridge. Prague wasnt destroyed during the second world war and therefore it is called a "Museum of architecture under open skies". You can literally travel back in time as you walk along winding medieval alleys and gaze at Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque palaces and churches. If you have another free day in Prague we also recommend to book another tour covering Prague´s left riverbank. If you only have one day to see all the major sights in Prague we recommend to explore both riverbanks in one day.   • Obecni Dum (Pass By)

    The Municipal House (Obecni dum) is one of the most beautiful Art Nouveau buildings in Prague. It was built in the place of a former residence of a Czech king. The independence of Czechoslovakia was proclaimed here in 1918.

  • Prasna brana (Pass By)

    Powder Tower (Prasna brana) is a beautiful example of a late Gothic style. The tower is the only preserved tower from a medieval fortification and nowadays serves as one of the entrances into the Old Town. In ancient times, kings and emperors would go through the entrance in this tower on their way to coronation at the Prague Castle.

  • House of the Black Madonna (Pass By)

    Prague is the only city in the world featuring Cubist architecture and the House of the Black Madonna is one of the best examples of this unique style. Nowadays, the building houses a Cubist cafe and Museum of Cubist Applied Arts.

  • Theatre Des Etats (Pass By)

    W.A.Mozart liked to visit Prague and it was here at the Estates Theatre that Mozart performed the world premier of Don Giovanni in 1787. Later in 1980s the famous movie Amadeus was filmed here.

The PERFECT way to see Prague is with a private tour guide and we were lucky to share our day with Nikola. She was amazing and shared so many wonderful facts and history with us as well as tips for us for our time later in the day when we were on our own for food and transportation around the city. We covered so many sights we wanted to see plus many other hidden gems in Prague.
