BNT Travel arranged a customised private tour from our hotel in Hoi An to our next hotel in Hue. Communication with Ai Linh via WhatsApp was fast and responsive. Our driver Nam Đinh was on time, flexible, friendly and a very safe driver and helped to make a very special day for us. We stopped at Marble Mountains, Ba Na Hills (BNT arranged our tickets in advance) , Hai Van Pass and the Lap An Lagoon. I would thoroughly recommend BNT and Nam Đinh formant future tours.

We booked a private sightseeing tour with BNT from Hue to Hoi An. The itinerary, which was suggested by BNT was fantastic. We first visited Bach Ma National Park and firstly walked up to the summit from a nearby car park. The views were stunning. We then took a walk down via the 5 lakes and Rhododendron falls. The 5 lakes 'walk' was very adventurous and the kids especially loved it, although at times it wasn't clear if we had to continue or climb back up! We made it through to Rhododendron falls where a small waterfall fell off a steep cliff, it was like being on the edge of the world! Finally we visited Lap An Lagoon. This is at the base of the mountains and again, the views were fantastic. Our driver recommended a place we could visit for lunch and we sat eating pho admiring the view. We then transferred to our hotel in Hoi An. Our driver was very pleasant and helpful and I would definitely recommend.

Our two day private car tour arranged by Ms Linh was fantastic. From pickup at Hue airport by our driver Mr Quang, to the various sightseeing stops in Hue town and the mountain drive to Hoi An on Day 1. Day 2 started in Hoi An with a drive to Ba Na hills for the Golden Bridge and a stop on the return drive in DaNang to our drop off in Hoi An Old quarter. Everything was handled perfectly.

We have had the privilege of booking with Tam and BNT travel on two different years. We cannot say enough about how professional and caring they are. We never ever had a worry, if there was anything that we weren’t sure about we would message Tam and get an instant response. Tam booked for us many private tours where the vehicles were always top notch and the guides exceptional. It was always easy to adjust any tour to meet our personal preferences. We toured from one end of Vietnam to the other and were never disappointed. When we needed help with travel in Thailand Tam also was able to arrange tours and customize them to our likes. At one point we had missed a flight and weren’t sure what to do, Tam to the rescue, within minutes she had us on another flight and ground transportation arranged. One of the biggest things we feel about booking with BNT is you have a friend there to help you and guide you. Never did we worry about anything as Tam always made it right. Also there is no language barrier with Tam as she is very fluent in English as were all of her tour guides. We honestly cannot say enough about BNT travel or Tam and all of their wonderful staff, if you book with them you have no worries! Enjoy beautiful Vietnam with the help of the best. BNT Travel. ❤️

New comfy car, friendly driver whos name unfortunately I cannot remember. He was very patient, always on time and drove professionally. We felt safe and entertained the whole trip. One of the rare tours which provides Golden Bridge as a stop when transfering from Hoi An to Hue.
