One of the temple's most captivating features is the harmonious blend of the temple's architecture with the stunning coastal scenery. To reach the temple, visitors must descend 108 steps, and as they do, they are greeted by a breathtaking view of the sea. Haedong Yonggungsa is especially famous as a prime spot to watch the sunrise, with many visitors arriving early in the morning to witness the spectacular scene of the sun rising over the East Sea, casting its golden light over the temple.

Gamcheon Culture Village is a place where the rich history of post-war refugees and vibrant modern culture come together. The best tour guide in Busan
Published on Mar, 2025
Dylan was the best guide! He was helpful with pre-planning (recommending we get Sky Capsule tickets in advance with specific directions on time and location). He got us to everything on our list but didn’t rush us. He made sure we had plenty of time to enjoy each stop. On top of it all, he had us laughing all day long and took us to the best pork soup restaurant before getting us to the train station. A totally delightful day—we will call Dylan again next time we are in Busan and recommend him to anyone visiting.
Thank you Mimi!

Austin Choi is a 5/5 tour guide and person. He made our experience unforgettable, and my family is blessed to have him!
Published on Dec, 2024
I would like to commend our tour guide, Mr. Austin Choi, for an exceptional experience. He was incredibly kind and prompt, meeting us early in the morning and staying flexible to accommodate our wish to visit an attraction (168 stairs) outside the itinerary. Although our tour was scheduled from 8 AM to 4 PM, he stayed past the allotted time to ensure we saw the final spot and even offered to treat us to ice cream, making sure we had a relaxing and enjoyable day. Austin also recommended a fantastic dinner spot near our hotel after the tour.
His knowledge of Busan was impressive, as he continuously shared fascinating facts about the city. He was personable, fun to talk to, and truly made our day memorable. If my family ever visits Busan again, we will definitely seek him out. Thank you, Austin!
