Itinerary

Ouarzazate

Departure at 8:30 am from your accommodation in Ouarzazate. We will take the road for a first stop towards the Mansour El Eddahbi dam. It was built in 1971 downstream of Oued Draa. The objective of this dam is to fight against desertification and consequently improve the standard of living of the surrounding populations.

Kasbah Amridil

After the point of view on the dam, we go to the Oasis of Skoura where you can discover an inhabited palm grove unique in Morocco. During this detour, we will stop at the Naciri family, owner of Kasbah Amridil, and take a tour of it. A real gem of Oasis architecture.

Vallee Des Roses

After Skoura, we continue by road to the village of Kelaa M'Gouna and take the track that crosses the valley of roses and the road of a thousand kasbahs. Change of scenery guaranteed! Photo, coffee or toilet breaks are possible at any time on the road.

Dades Gorges

We will arrive at the end of the morning at the monumental Goges du Dadès! We will have lunch on site in a partner restaurant, a guarantee of quality and delicacy. Then we will set off on foot to discover this magnificent valley during a bucolic and enriching guided walk.

Once the ride is over, we will take the road back to your accommodation in Ouarzazate for an arrival around 6:30 p.m.

Oasis taken to where some films used village for film kingdom of heaven to name one, walked , cafe stop, photos.

Very lovely and professional run only had time for afternoon tour but I was facilitated and went to oasis walked, had plenty of photo opportunities and stopped in beautiful cafe

High Atlas and the desert

I took a 4 day tour from Marrakesh with friends. We went across the High Atlas to Ouarzazate and then did a tour through the Gorges Dades all the way to Merzouga and then back to Ouarzazate. We had a wonderful guide and driver, very professional, all the accommodation and meals were excellent. The agency is super professional and reliable. The only thing I would do differently would be to spread it over a longer time, say a week. 4 days was a bit packed for that distance and we did spend a lot of time in the car. But we did get to visit a lot and get a good picture of this part of Morocco. I especially liked the Gorges Dades and the High Atlas. I think it would be nice to go back and do some hikes in that area.

It was a lovely day out and both our driver and guide added the personal touch with their knowledge of the history and sights. The lunch was incredible and they catered to our allergies without any issues. Just bring spf and you'll have a lovely day out!

Allal tailored the tip to Merzouga to exactly what we wanted. Pashir was the quide and Ahmed the driver, both really great guys and very informative. When we arrived at the camp we had the best night of our lives and Allal had kindly arranged a birthday cake.
