My husband and I chose to book a private tour to Teide National Park because we wanted to have time to hike and explore without the time constraints of an organized tour and we are so happy we did! Our guide, Indira, was punctual and communicative from the moment of her arrival and was a fantastic companion throughout our day. We planned our itinerary together and she provided so much interesting information on the drive to Teide, answering all our questions and peppering her responses with cultural insights and history. Once at the park, it was clear that Indira's passion for Tenerife extends to her love for the park, as she showed us highlights, provided scientific and geographical details, and gave advice on what to see, what to look out for, and where to hike. We then went to the beautiful town of La Orotava and explored its lovely streets, a gorgeous garden, and got a snack. The beauty and richness of the heritage of Tenerife was complemented by the knowledge, kindness, and professionalism of our guide (she is also a very good/safe driver! I get carsick normally and did not on this tour in spite of the windy roads!). Her impact continued beyond the tour as her advice and restaurant recommendations enhanced the rest of our stay on the island!

My wife and I took this tour of Teide National Park with Belén and had a fantastic day. The everchanging landscape of Teide is so interesting and Belén explained it all so clearly. She knew where the best stopping points were and made sure we had enough time at every stop - we never felt rushed. Afterwards we visited the historic town of La Orotava, which is beautiful. We would highly recommend Belén and Gloma Travel.

Jorge was a lovely driver, very informative! He was relaxed and did exactly what we wanted to do, whilst making suggestions along the way. Teide national park is beautiful and a must-see in Tenerife. Even in November it was so crowded, but being part of a private tour made it feel much more special. Would highly recommend this over hiring your own car, like I said even in November there were cars everywhere fighting for a space!
