With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Guadalajara, I'll bring a deep understanding of the city’s cultural landscape. The tour begins in Colonia Americana, where you can soak in the modern-day vibes. As we walk through 4 neighborhoods (2.2 miles) we'll stop at hidden eateries to savor local delicacies. The tour concludes in the historic city center, showcasing its architectural gems and historical landmarks. Indulge in a curated selection of local favorites such as barbacoa, birria, pozole, tortas ahogadas, and fish or pastor tacos. Wash it all down with samples of tequila, beer and tejuino. In this private tour only you and your companions will participate, allowing you to explore at your own pace. All entrance fees and food samples are included.

Unforgettable Personalized Tour

This was an unforgettable tour with an incredibly knowledgeable guide. We started our day at the local market for some delicious birria breakfast, went to a museum, bought tickets to see an orchestral performance at the theatre, and then toured and learned about the city and it's people. I wanted to see a library and we made a stop there just for me! We got to see the city's beautiful churches and eat yummy pastries. My boyfriend wanted to know about some of the artisanal local beers, and we ended the tour there.

Diego was a great and knowledgeable guide. He new all the local history and just about every building. Took us to some spots we'd never would have found on our own. He took us to breakfast and to get some bread at local spots that were amazing. Highly recommend this tour.
