Our guide Denis was exceptional at his job! Before we even got to the lobby of the hotel, he proactively was waiting for us to start the tour and was extremely easy to talk to. Before even leaving the hotel we knew he was concerned for our safety as we talked about the cold and accessed if we were adequately clothed before leaving. He brought hand warmers in the event we needed them. We knew we were in good hands before even starting the tour. The knowledge, the knowledge! Denis had it and presented it with detail, enthusiasm and personality. He loved the city himself and was enthusiastic to tell us all about it. He continued to ask and notice how we were doing in the cold as it was around 10F. There was no issue to decide to smartly take a break from the cold and enjoy a cup of coffee with one another where we talked one on one and still continued to talk about tour topics. He also was good at keeping our attention by talking about interesting things, stories and asking us questions as well as answering any questions we had for him as did the tour. Denis also recommended some things to do while we were in the city including the Parliament Tour. Something I don't think we would have thought of knew existed without Denis telling us. Thank you Denis for a great tour to start off our 3 days in Quebec City and being so engaged despite the possible distraction of it being January in Quebec City. It was a highlight and great way to start our visit. Thank you for being so good at what you do!

This tour is truly a private tour. My wife and I were treated to a wonderful guide who provided answers to our numerous questions. As my wife has studied and worked in historic places, we understand that the winter conditions make for a challenging addition to this tour. However, this tour was more than I expected. I learned more about Quebec, and it lead to additional locations that were truly off the beaten path. Denis was amazing, and his energy brought us a deeper understanding to our neighbors to the north. We even found additional places to go on our visit. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful private tour with Lynn. She was so knowledgeable and was amazing with smaller kids, kept them engaged and made the tour very personalized and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Luis was outstanding, so friendly, knowledgeable, and interesting. We spent nearly 3 hours talking about and walking around Quebec. We had asked for help with a lunch spot for after the tour and he kindly pointed out all kinds of places along the walk. Great tour. Highly recommend as a perfect start to any Quebec visit.
