We all had a great time at Ba Na Hills, the cable car ride was amazing! Tommy organised everything - we had a private car and tour guide who was very knowledgeable. We arrived early to miss the crowds on the bridge so we could get some great photos. Our tour of Ba Na Hills felt a little rushed though, we would have liked to have had more time to explore all areas.

Dat was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we got the best out of our day. He made sure we left early to get to the golden bridge before the crowds poured in so we got great photos. The fog was so thick when we arrived at the French village we couldn’t even see 15metres in front of us but Dat helped us plan our day so well that no time was wasted. He made sure we got lunch early too to avoid all the crowds at the buffet. We also revisited the bridge on the way back down with better visibility. Dat made our day efficient and fun! Our tour guide, Dat, was so friendly, ready to answer all our many questions about Vietnam on the drive to Ba na hills. Dat also spoke very fluent English and was knowledgeable. He understood our Aussie humour which was a bonus. Dat and our driver, Mr Hoang got us to the Golden hands bridge and the buffet lunch before all the crowds arrived. The fog was thick when we got there which made visibility hard but for me it was still magical to be so far up in the sky. By the afternoon some of the fog had cleared and Dat was able to take us back to the sights we couldn't see from the morning and was excited that he could make us happy in this regard. My sneakers and socks got wet from some of the rain so i recommend wet weather gear. Got to experience the cable cars, bridge and the surrounding gardens, the 2 moving theatres, 1 Alpine coaster ride and an awesome buffet lunch. Overall highly recommend tour with these guys as they will take care of you.

I contacted Tommy after a recommendation on Facebook. We wanted to go to the Golden Hands Bridge and Sun World. He responded quickly and even dropped into my hotel to confirm details. He arrived promptly and we had a great trip out to Ba Na hills. Thank you so much!

I was at Ba Na Hills with my guide Long, and my driver Nhat. They were very polite and kind, Long is a professional tour guide! Everything was amazing!
