Overview

Sailing is a quiet, peaceful experience, as the boat is powered by nothing but the wind. You are welcome to sit back and relax, enjoy the sights, or take a turn at the helm, with instruction from your skipper! I will never forget the first time I sailed, and hope to create the same memory for my guests.

Okanagan Lake

We will enjoy a relaxing sail past Hot Sands Beach, the Floating Bridge, Downtown Kelowna, Kelowna Yacht Club,City Park. Expect to see birds, wildlife, and beautiful waterfront homes. Upon completion of the cruise, we return to the marina, having created a lifetime memory!

Everything was excellent!! We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Brad is an awesome guide and his expertise made us feel safe all the time. No doubt he master his ship! We absolutely recommend it and we'll definitely do this again. OA

Come sail away….

We sailed with Captain Brad who was very friendly and patient with us. This short 2 hour sailing charter around the harbour at Kelowna was fun, calming, peaceful, and a very low key introduction to sailing. Captain Brad sailed across Okanagan Lake and down to the bridge and back. Captain Brad was knowledgeable about the area and answered all our silly rookie questions about sailing. My favorite part of the trip was that it was JUST my family. We didn’t have to deal with a BIG tourist group. My son has Autism so he doesn’t do “people” well. It was very hot and sunny that day and my son was overheating and started to panic a bit. Brad gladly let my son hang out inside the cabin of the boat down below and didn’t make a big fuss. Brad was easy going, easy to talk with and fun. I would highly recommend. It was a good relaxing laid back way to see the lake and get out in the wind and the waves.

Brad and his wife took us on a lovely sail on the lake. Being on the water is so tranquil and relaxing and yet another way to enjoy the beauty of magical Kelowna. We also really enjoyed our conversations and time spent with this couple. Brad was prompt, gave specific directions to locate the boat, contacted us a few minutes before to be sure we knew where to go, was very professional and an excellent sailor. Don't hesitate to book with Holy Doodle and Brad.
