The trip begins at our office in Turrialba at 7 am. Our address is, in google maps: Natural Travesies and they arrive directly, or if you are staying in a hotel around Turrialba we can stop by you there.
Pacuare River (Pass By)

The tour starts at 7:00 am to be able to make the most of the morning and be able to enjoy the magical Pacuare waterfall and we return at 2:30 pm, the tour includes lunch, fruit, a walk to the waterfall and transportation from our office or hotel in Turrialba. The Pacuare River is now in the top 10 of the most beautiful rivers in the world, hopefully we will enjoy the wildlife in a natural forest. You will enjoy a completely private tour with an excellent service, in addition, the photographer will capture the best moments of the tour for you, this is an additional service that we offer to our clients. Remember to bring extra clothes and water shoes. Fantastic Rafting experience

We had an amazing day rafting with the guys from Travesias Naturales. They picked us up at the lodge. The ride to the river was already an adventure. Our guide Kender was really good and helping us a lot as this was our first time. We had some good laughs and both the kids enjoyed a ride upfront of the boat while going down the rapids. And afterwards we got a tasteful lunch, which was deserved after 3,5 hours rafting. I really recommend using these guys when going rafting.

Awesome day on the Pacuare!

We had a great time rafting on the Pacuare with Juan Carlos. It was an adrenaline-filled day but also felt very safe. Lunch was delicious and included some very fresh local fruits and veggies. This tour is also one of the most affordable in the area so it fit into our tight travel budget, and it’s not too long (leaves Turrialba at 7 and returns around 1-2 pm). We had a blast… highly recommended!

The best for rafting on Rio Pacuare

Awesome day rafting on Rio Pacuare with this company. Professional staff. The early morning start also gives the opportunity to enjoy birdlife around the river. The lunch was delicious. To make things even more easier, you can spend the night at their lovely hotel. In short: we had a great experience and a wonderful day!

What an amazing experience! Louis and Alejandro were very patient with us novice, old (67!) clients. Their skill at navigating the rapids on the Pacuare is superb, and their knowledge of the wildlife on the river is expansive. And who knew that rafts can make great tables for lunch when turned upside down! Lunch was great too!

Great experience with family and friends. Moises is a very experienced guide with an awesome attitude, and Alejandro was taking nice photos on key spots. Really recommend this rafting experience to everyone that wants to add a little bit of adventure and adrenaline to their trip.
