    Afterwards, you will be headed to Getsemani neighborhood which is knowing for having a bohemian spirit. Its streets and alleys boast colors and the lively, friendly, and charismatic spirit of locals who gather outside their houses and welcome everyone who walks by. Stroll around picturesque pieces of street art paintings along some of the most important streets Calle de la Sierpe, Calle San Juan, Calle de la Media Luna, Calle Larga, among others. You’ll get to see some of the best graffiti authors. Of course, this wouldn’t be the perfect tour without tasting Colombia’s flavors so you will have typical Colombian beers and sweets. We know you will end up wanting to discover more of Cartagena, our “heroic” city: a city that welcomes everyone.

Legaxy with Nexxttours was our guide. I booked through Get your guide. This was a perfect way to see and learn about the city. Also a great way to meet other interesting travelers. Legaxy was so enthusiastic about his home town and gave complete answers to sometimes difficult questions. You can tell he loves his home and his job

We completed the free walking tour round with our lovely host Pedro. His English was fantastic and was so knowledgeable and proud of Cartagena - he was a pleasure to listen to! He also gave us great advice about prices for local shops etc as visitors to Colombia, which was particularly useful. Thanks Pedro! 10/10 recommend this ‘free’ tour - although it should be noted they do strongly suggest tipping at the end, approx 50k per person.
