Everything about my experience with Brotas Rafting was 5 Star. First of all they made booking my trip very easy with very clear communication over WhatsApp and they already seemed so friendly. When I stopped by their store to pay my deposit they immediately knew who I was and made me feel welcome. The same when I arrived for the trip. I chose to do the Duck Radical experience because I have done rafting several times before and wanted to try something different. Paulo "Zulu" my guide made the whole trip super fun. He went out of his way to help me overcome the language barrier (he speaks some English and I barely speak Portuguese), make feel at ease and make things fun. Even though the river was low, the rafting itself was still a lot of fun. The Brotas Rafting team take safety very seriously, but also added all sorts of fun like jumping off waterfalls, taking the Ducks down waterfalls, sliding down rapids without the raft, and swimming in the river. Zulu pointed out a lot of incredible wildlife from lots of birds & fish, to coatis and turtles. Everyone in our group had a big smile on their faces at the end. I highly recommend Brotas Rafting!
