Overview

When Booking with us, Passengers will get these additional services as well; Meet & Greet: We are offering a meet and greet service for airport pick-ups from inside the arrival halls. Flight monitoring: We monitor the flights and manage the pick-ups accordingly, in case of any delays in the flight we dispatch the drivers accordingly. Free waiting time: All the airport customers will have one free hour of waiting from the flight landing or 30 minutes free waiting from the desired pick-up time. All the house/hotel customers will have 15 minutes of waiting from the desired pick-up time. Our Drivers are friendly and have a good command of the English language. We always keep our vehicles neat and tidy so the passengers will have a pleasant journey.

Itinerary

Once the passenger made a booking, we give them a call on the number provided in the booking to confirm the booking details 24 hours in advance. We track the flights and dispatch the driver according to the flight landing time. Our drivers will meet the passenger(s) inside the arrival hall at Costa Coffee Shop with the name board. For the hotel pick-up, Our drivers will meet the passenger(s) inside the hotel lobby or dedicated meeting point with the name board. From the meeting point, our driver will safely drop the passengers to the dedicated destination requested by the passengers. Large and comfortable cars, polite and supportive drivers, great service before and during the transfer. They called us in advance to clarify the details and were in contact all the time, so it was super easy and comfortable to find the driver.

Superlative service and driver

This was my first tme using MiniCabRide and the whole experience has been superb. The driver, Iqtidar, was punctual in arriving at Gatwick and greeting me at the appointed meeting point on time. He then provided a superlative driving service in a very comfortable vehicle when taking me and four family members (one of whom is disbaled) back to Central London. Iqtadar was friendly and even spoke Spanish, and showed a patient and caring attitude when a family member felt travel sick. I have now booked MiniCabRide for the return jouney in a few days' time and also for a round trip to a theatrical event at the O2. Based on my experince today, I can commend this taxi firm and the driver without reservation.

It was easy to use. I got very good service with good communication which was very reassuring. Drivers were very pleasant and the price is good. I have used them for a few trips to London, sometimes with very early collections and they have never let me down.
