We had the most amazing time on the saffron river cruise! We organized it through the Banyan Tree as we were staying there whilst in Bangkok. We first met Ekkorn who guided us to where we needed to be. Whilst in line my wife suddenly felt faint and she passed out as we were climbing the stairs on to the boat. We were helped up by several members of staff and she was immediately sat down at a table. As she wasn't responding I asked for help and Fah and her team leapt in to action. One of the security team had smelling salts and managed to bring her round with them. Fah then went above and beyond to ensure my wife felt better bringing her some plain rice and some sprite and water to make her feel better, which fortunately worked. The situation could have ruined the night but the whole staff including the wonderful chef and the lovely Namp who served us drinks and took photos for us made sure our night was extra special. We were looked after the whole evening and we couldn't be more thankful. We would definitely recommend the river cruise, even without the extra care we were given. Seeing Wat Arun and Rama 8 Bridge lit up at night was spectacular and all 4 courses of food were delicious. The atmosphere was classy but relaxed, perfect for what we wanted. Thank you to everyone working on the Saffron River Cruise on the 5th December for an unforgettable night on the Chao Phraya River.

Everything was amazing, the atmosphere, the food, the service was all 5 Star ⭐️ Highly recommend, our waiter K. beer was the best, we all felt like VIPs with his service and attention to detail (so special)

The best quality and flavor of Thai food we've ever had, and the service was excellent from Ekhon, Fah, Win, Jay and the entire crews; everyone is polite, attentive to detail, and really professional. Here's one of the most recommended dining cruises in Bangkok!!!

Loved this boat,,more luxurious and calm than others,,the food was presented well and was delicious..the staff was so helpful.. so sad it rained and we could not enjoy open deck..the beautiful attractions were so well lighted..my only complaint was the high cost of beverages..
