We pick up guests from all Santorini hotels & Airbnb's. If your accommodation is not on the pickup list - don't worry. We will be able to pick you up, please advise manually after completing your booking. If a hotel is inaccessible by car due to restrictions, pickup will be held ... from a nearby location within a short walking distance. DISCLAIMER FOR CRUISE PASSENGERS Please note that this tour is mainly designed for hotel guests, not cruise passengers. Cruise passengers are welcome to join this tour as long as their logistics work out with the duration of this tour and pickup time / drop off time. This tour picks up and drops off guests coming on a cruise at the McDonalds in Fira Town - not the cruise port. To reach the McDonald's in Fira Town, you must take a tender from your ship and a cable car from the cruise port to get to the meeting point for this tour (McDonald's in Fira Town), where you may or may not experience delays along way to get there. In addition, please note that this tour is flexible and might start or end later than advertised. Please note that 24 hours or less before departure, your tickets are not redeemable for partial or full refunds - regardless of whether you can finally take this tour or not due to cruise ship delays, long lines, or any other force majeure circumstances you may experience. Frequently Asked Questions - F.AQ: 1. Which Wineries are Covered on this tour? Answer: Τhis tour covers 3 wineries in total - Santo Winery (included in every tour) and 2 more. Apart from the Santo Winery which is included in every tour, the tour operator decides which 2 Santorini wineries will be included and they vary depending on the available slots/tables available at the wineries. The 2 wineries that will be covered, will be 2 of the following wineries: Estate Argyros, Gavalas Winery, Gaia Winery, Hatzidakis Winery, Anhydrous Winery, Sigalas Winery. The customers cannot pickup which wineries they would like to go to, from the options above. It is on the tour operators decision and correlated with the availability of the above wineries. The wineries scheduled is determined on a last minute basis, 12 hours to 24 hours prior of the departure. 2. Sunset Views Arrangements: The Sunset Tour option (not the Morning Tour option) includes views of the Santorini Sunset from the Santo Wines winery. There is no need for any seating arrangements, the tour operator offers to all guests prime tables for seating with views of the sunset automatically, all guests will be treated the same and with the same view - there are no better or worse tables. Upon purchasing the sunset tour option online, you will enjoy views of the sunset from the Santo Wines winery, along side wine tastings and local tapas. You will watch the FULL SUNSET and leave the winery 15 minutes approx after sunset. The guides of the tour will take pictures of you and/or your partner/family/friends during the sunset for free.
