Overview

Passed down from our grandparents to our parents to us, the passion for cooking has always been part of our family. That’s why, guided by our chef Mama, our culinary experience begins. From her passion for food our mom began to grow in our garden all the products for our daily needs. Here is the true zero-kilometer food concept: focuses on the importance of seasonal and local ingredients you will find products cultivated on site, direct from the house garden, and brought fresh to the table at every meal. A sensory overload for all. Without question, the Italy’s most delicious foods, right at your fingertips! And of course, at the end of our class, we’ll eat every last morsel of your masterpiece.

Itinerary

- Meet and greet at the private family garden with visit and refreshment (garden products are available according to season). - Move with us to the venue where the cooking class will take place. A panoramic walking seeing all the gulf of Naples will takes us to the beach where our kitchen is located. Here will start the real fun. - Prepare your own hand made pasta from scratch and learn how to make three types of pasta. You will prepare your hand made dessert too. - Lunch will include starter, hand made first plate and hand made dessert. Water, wine and drinks are included.

An amazing class!

This cooking class was so much fun! Salvatore and Andrea were so sweet and we loved hearing about their passion! We started with a tour of their garden. We then took a short walk to the kitchen, where learned so much and enjoyed our delicious meal and dessert at the end of the class. Salvatore and Andrea also prepared a couple dishes to enjoy. We truly had an amazing time and would highly recommend taking this class!

A wonderful way to spend an afternoon or evening with great people and great food.
