Lovely park and botanical garden

Fantastic park for a couple of hours visit, lots of animals to and and lovely botanical garden mixed into to create lovely surroundings. The guide was excellent too. The pick up and drop off was very convenient and on time

For a few hours the trip is worth the visit!

Myself and my daughters really enjoyed the trip, the gardens were clean and therapeutic. Interesting to learn about the crocodiles history, the monkeys were cute. At the end when we given moroccan tea our tour guide presented my girls with a croc birthday desert with candles for their birthday, which was unexpected and a kind gesture.

We loved it,driver was great felt safe at all times, very kind people. Loved the park so clean and animals very looked after. Loved the Crocs but the iguanas were my favourite lol. Highly recommended

Excellent 2/3 hours away from the hotel. The pick up was on time, the guide around the park was very informative, funny and clearly spoken. Trip is suitable for all ages. Crocs winter time so no feeding but they were still moving around. Iguanas and monkeys were amazing and paper plant demonstration very good.

A brilliant family day out spoiled by other guests with poor time keeping

The trip was brilliant for a family. We took our 7 month old son and our two and a half year old daughter. The staff doing the transfer arrived a few minutes before the pick up time and were helpful with our double pram. There were far more crocodiles than I expected. We also got to see tortoises, snakes, frogs, marmosets, and iguanas which you could walk among. The staff at the park were brilliant with us and the children and very patient. The only thing that spoiled our trip (no fault of the staff) were the rude family who we waited twenty minutes for. Our driver left without them (rightly so). They then called and demanded the driver turn around (which he did) and when we got there, they weren't even waiting at the roadside. After about 5 minutes two of the six dragged themselves out of reception, then another three emerged. The driver started to leave as it was now half an hour past the original pick up time. Then one of the party said, "you can't leave without my sister" who for some unfathomable reason still wasn't ready and they all got off wasting everybody's time. Every body else on the trip was upset with them. The time dedicated for the trip was ideal and we could have done with the extra half an hour. Their selfishness meant our daughter was unable to explore the play park and sit down to eat, having to eat on the bus back.
