Overview

Our tour starts around 08.30am and ends around 5 pm. This tour includes visits to several attractions just in 8 hours. First attraction is the House of Virgin Mary, where she is believed to have spent her last days. Secondly, we will walk on the marble streets of the ancient city of Ephesus which was once an important center for Ionian League, but the ruins you will see are from the Greco-Roman times. The tour also includes the exploration of Temple of Artemis, which is one of the 'Seven Wonders' of antiquity. The tour was awesome. The transport was very good and the guide was amazing, very well trained in matter of informations about sites and a very funny funny and pleasant guy.

A well planned tour with convenience, flexibility, great transport, a personal guide and wealth of knowledge is all yours with this Ephesus tour. Our guide Gul Meryem was more of a friend than guide who answered all our questions and gave a wealth of knowledge in a very jovial way. She along with the driver were very flexible to our schedule, the places we wanted to visit and also the type of restaurant we wanted to eat in. Full marks and 5 stars all the way!

Great Tour of Ephesus and more

We started our private tour in Kusadasi. They picked us up in a comfortable Mercedes mini van which had great Aircon in the 35 degree heat that was appreciated We met our charming guide at the hotel. isik was passionate about the subject matter We went to Ephesus the house of Mary and we also went to the temple of Artemis. We finished in the village of Sirince The tour was customisable. As we wanted to be dropped off in Izmir and they accommodated that for us I cannot recommend Isik highly enough. She has lots of history knowledge and was able to explain everything we saw along the way.
