We had an amazing time with our guide Alex. Being Hong Kong born and bred, he had a fantastic depth of knowledge about the history of the areas we visited, and also about Cantonese cuisine, which made for a very informative 4 hours. The restaurants and tea houses we visited, were both historical and unique in what they served…yum cha, bbq meats, wonton noodle soup etc. It is a definitely authentic taste of Hong Kong Cantonese cuisine, and the best way to spend half a day in Hong Kong. Highly recommend!
