Join us on this great adventure in blue waters. Because it is a unique experience to meet a great whale shark that only during the season from May to September and also during the journey you could see dolphins, manta rays and turtles.

Itinerary

Join us on this great adventure in blue waters! We begin by meeting at our office located in the center of Isla Mujeres for check-in where we will receive you with a breakfast of coffee, bread, fruit and juice. From there we walk to the boat where we organize the groups with 10 people per boat. We start a journey that will last about 45 minutes to reach the area of the largest fish in the world, the whale shark. This activity is based on 3 actions search, sighting and the third and most important swimming with the whale shark. Once found we will enter 2 people at a time to swim with the shark up to 2 or 3 dives per couple will have the help of a guide. On the boat we have soft drinks, sandwiches and beers. Once the whole group is satisfied, we begin to return to Isla Mujeres making a stop at a coral reef to practice some snorkeling. And we end at the north beach where El Capitan will prepare a fresh ceviche accompanied by a beer.

Great whale shark trip

We had a great trip with Conroy Adventures. Family of three (2 adults and 1 child). Friendly staff. Offered coffee, bananas and cake for breakfast on arrival at the office. Went on a boat with a total of 5 tourists, a guide and a captain. Whale shark experience was very good - 3 occasions provided. Followed by a good snorkelling session to see a reef and fish. On board we were offered soft drinks throughout. Lunch was freshly made very tasty ceviche, guacamole and chips. Loved it. We hired a GoPro and footage was downloaded to an iPhone immediately after the trip. Loved the whole trip

Incredible Experience

My wife and I booked this while on vacation for our anniversary, and couldn’t recommend it more! It was so special to swim right next to a whale shark together. The actual experience was a few rounds of diving in two at a time and swimming for a few minutes next to the shark. Everything else was just added benefit which made the overall experience absolutely incredible.

Coolest experience! Highly recommend taking motion sickness medicine because its a 45 min boat ride out in choppy waters. Its a fast experience to jump in and swim fast. The guides will tell u when and where to jump and you cant hesitate! So cool to be able to swim next to the beautiful creatures
