Fantastic afternoon. Jim was a fun, entertaining, knowledgeable, host. He picked us up and dropped us back to our apartment. The short market tour was great and the set up at the kitchen terrific and clean. We had the Saturday menu and left with lunch still for the next day. Very enjoyable afternoon and would highly recommend.

We spent our honeymoon in Phuket and one of the activities we wanted to do was a Thai cooking class as we love Thai food. A very quick Google brought up 'Thai Cooking School Phuket with Thai People' which had so many great reviews. We immediately booked the class and 2 days later, Jim, who runs the class came to pick us up from our hotel and took us through to his cooking school. The class itself was a lot of fun, we learnt to make a traditional Thai Green curry, Phad Thai, Tom Yum Soup and Sticky rice with mango. The food was delicious but what makes this class special and unique is Jim - he is passionate about Thai cooking and incredibly fun. He brought such great energy to the session, we enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend taking his class. #Scooooooop

Jim is so much fun and I learnt so much. It's great I'm just sad as I forgot my notes. The food was delicious and Jim catered for my shellfish allergy which was great no epipen required. Funniest was Jim and the pad thai scoop back forward scoop move move move. We all were to scared to stop but was absolutely beautiful and well worth the effort.

A must do when going to Thailand. Jim was the chef and it was an amazing experience. We cooked 3 dishes that tasted authentic. It was a lot of fun we learnt so much from one session. Definitely will be going again when we visit. Add this to your trip, you won't be disappointed. Thanks Jim for a great day.

The whole experience start to finish was so entertaining and insightful. Jim went through all the ingredients in detail both in the market and in the class, this gave us a deeper experience knowing why we are using the ingredients. Jim speaks great English and has knowledge of many cultures making everyone feel welcome. The food we made was so delicious and looked amazing, one of the dishes was even better than one I've tried in Thailand!
