Tour around one of the 7 marvels of the world. Built around 80 CE, the Colosseum was the place were the Romans enjoyed gladiators' fightings, executions, naval combats. In 500 years activity, something like 250k people died inside the stadium for the sick pleasure of the Roman populace.

Together we will discover the hill of broken vases. The Romans created an artificial hill with pieces of vessels that were used to transport olive oil, fish sauce and wine. Over the centuries, what was a dump of broken vases became a hill 40 meters high and 700 meters in circumference. It is estimated that the hill was made thanks to the terracottas of around 50 million vases.

Amazing way to see and experience Rome!

We had an amazing tour with a red Fiat 500, exploring different parts of Rome. Our guide Francesco did an excellent job, telling us interesting stories about (ancient) Rome and guiding us through the Roman traffic. This Fiat Tour is the best way to explore many different sights in a short time. Don’t miss out on this awesome tour!

An unmissable experience!

Absolutely loved loved loved this. Alex was an exceptional tour guide with such a lot of knowledge of Rome. He took us to some off the beaten track places - things we’d never even have thought to visit that had so much history and were really beautiful and interesting. And then there’s the Fiat 500 - it was so much fun being driven around in these tiny little cars, bumping around and people waving at us. It was a brilliant experience for my mum and I and I can’t recommend it enough

A Fiat 500 is the only way to truly enjoy Rome and the 7 hidden gems tour is an unforgettable experience. As we had done this tour 9 years before our expectations were very high but we were not at all disappointed. Alexis our driver / guide (who was the son of our guide on our previous trip) did a magnificent job showing us the best of Rome in 3 + hours. We opted to take two cars, one self drive and 1 driven by Alexis and this worked very well. Communication to the following car were clear whilst both cars benefited from Alexis interesting commentary. Our hidden gems tour (which can vary dependent on traffic / roadworks etc) included a drive round much of Romes old city highlights with frequent stops to enjoy photo opportunities with the sites and the Fiat 500. Not surprisingly the cars themselves become a major attraction and featured in a number of tourist photos….. Our main stops included the circus maximus, the museo della Mura (recommended), the pyramid of Cestius, and the Panaramic views from the garden of oranges with a break for a great coffee and snack on Viale Giotto at Cafe Tintori (fantastic traditional neighbourhood deli/cafe). The tour also takes us past the coliseum and through the winding lanes of Trevestere plus several other interesting neighbourhoods Both cars had 3 people including driver which was tight but manageable as long as the back seat passenger is not too tall…… The fiat 500 tour is an infinitely more fun way to explore Rome than the alternatives in bus or golf cart. How can you resist such a unique and iconic Rome experience! We look forward to a repeat next visit Very highly recommended

This trip was absolutely the best thing we did in our 5 days in Rome! It was fun, informative, and a great way to see a lot of the city that we definitely would not have seen otherwise. In a city that at times seems taken over by tour groups, this felt like a glorious step out of just being another tourist and into truly experiencing the city.
