Opened in 1930, at that time the most modern market in all Europe! Visit beautiful pavilions which used to be zeppelin airship hangars back in the days! Get to see what locals eat and drink, enjoy the buzzing atmosphere and taste some goods!

Drive through beautiful Kipsala island located in Daugava river, just opposite the Old Town. Take a look at one of the most discussed Soviet monuments in Riga. Listen to some stories about its history and what is happening around it nowadays. If visiting at the start of summer, you might be lucky enough to witness beautiful sakura trees blossoming w- they were given to Latvia as a present from Japan.
