Overview

On this course you can learn to cook a classic Tuscan meal, prepared with seasonal and organic ingredients. In a top class cookery school you will be able to make a four-course meal (starter, first course, second course and dessert) under the expert guidance of a multilingual chef. The course will be followed by dinner with the dishes you have prepared, accompanied by a good Tuscan wine and a fun and friendly atmosphere. Please note that the class will be divided into groups with a maximum of 15 people for a more personal experience.

This is a group course for food lovers that is held in the ancient city centre. This is how one can find out about Tuscan and Florentine culture by being taught some of its celebrated food & wine traditions.

The cooking class will be operated by professional Chefs. The class might be divided in smaller groups, and each Chef will look after 15 participants

Really enjoyed the steps of making the food. The booklet that I got with the full recipe. Our assistant was very helpful especially with the pasta making.

Naomi our instructor was a great teacher. She made it very enjoyable and informative. We always got a chance to meet some really friendly people in class. We made all 4 courses which is more than we did in other classes.

Katerina (?) was very instructive, patient and personable. My friend and I had a lovely time and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Seeing a professional chef’s skills gave me many helpful tips for my meal preparations. I would recommend this experience to anyone.

The instructors and the food were wonderful!! We were disappointed that so many had to share the same work station, but it was a fun experience.
