We had a great experience touring New York City with Jonathan. He's a great tour guide and he made it very memorable and enjoyable. Be mindful of Castle Dungeons if you have walking issues. Although, in general, great day out !

We had a wonderful time at Warwick Castle. I have walking issues, so it was good that they had sufficient benches around. We also went to the Castle Dungeons for only an additional £6! Such good value, and it lasted around 30 to 40 mins, It was scary & the actors were amazing. However, there are narrow staircases, so if you have walking difficulties, I would seriously be mindful. Without the assistance of my partner, I wouldn't have been to walk the steps. The staff in general were soo friendly and nice . Seeing the Winter Birds of Pray was incredible ! Highly recommend this place , I thought at first it was just for kids, but I would say couples would enjoy it too. Maybe go during the week, because it's less busy.

Well worth it!

Amazing! We stayed in the knights village for 2 nights and went into the castle 2 of the 3 days. Food was good and reasonably priced, drinks are a little more steep but not massively expensive, staff were amazing, helpful, friendly and couldn't do more to make our stay comfortable. The castle itself is well worth the money I recommend the tours - the staff are knowledgeable and intresting to listen too. The dungeon is great for adults and older children. Rooms are comfortable, warm, clean and reasonably priced the only downside is the tv signal is quiet poor but as we weren't watching tv much this didn't bother us. There is also entertainment in the evening (mainly for children) by knights putting on a show.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, so many things to see and lots of information boards available. We learned a lot about our history. Very helpful staff.
