Villa Troubetzkoy (Pass By)
Built in the mid-nineteenth century, it has an external elevator that connects it to the Larian road. It was commissioned by the Russian prince of the same name who, after his detention in Siberia, came to live in Belvio. In order to gain time, he had the rocks on the shore cleared with the mine explosion.

Villa Erba is a place of great historical importance, home to the Museum of Rooms of Luchino Visconti, as well as an exhibition and conference center. Our boat tour around Lake Como was nothing short of fabulous! Our captain and guide were extremely knowledgeable, experienced, fun and entertaining. This was our favorite experience in Como. We highly recommend this tour. When we come back, we will definitely take a longer tour.

The views were breathtaking. Prosecco or beer was included. We did the 1hr tour that leaves from Argegno which was enough time to reach Bellagio and pause along the way to view all the huge villas and hotels and hear a fun fact about each.
Edoardo our boat driver was very friendly, safe, knowledgeable of the area. He spoke good English, helped us take pictures, and made sure our glasses were topped off. Simone was very quick to respond about setting up the meeting place via WhatsApp. Overall an excellent experience and will plan a longer experience next time.

We had an amazing time on our one-hour boat trip on Lake Como! The boat was beautiful, and we were greeted with a chilled glass of Prosecco. The crew was super knowledgeable and friendly, sharing fascinating stories and history about the stunning villas along the shoreline. They really brought the area’s rich history to life, making the experience so much more than just a boat ride. We will remember this day forever! Highly recommend this trip if you’re looking for a memorable way to see Lake Como!
