Overview

Go where no other adventure will take you and live the island of Culebra like a resident! The food, the views, the magic of an underwater nature reserve, and the iconic sand and waters of world-famous Flamenco Beach! Upon arrival in Culebra we will fuel up at a local bakery! After breakfast we will head to Playa Tamarindo and the protected habitat of an underwater nature reserve. Swim with turtles and all different species of fish in this ocean wonderland. Next, we will take a tour of this magnificent island. Driving through the residential area and open farm lands, we will arrive at Zoni Beach. Take in the stunning scenery of Zoni's natural shoreline, beautiful waters, Cayo Norte, and Culebrita. Lastly, we will visit a top 5 beach in the world- Flamenco Beach! With soft white sand and brilliant blue waters, Flamenco Beach will provide postcard worthy views to be enjoyed by all. Swim freely in the picturesque ocean or walk along the pristine beach to abandoned army tanks of old!

Itinerary

Ceiba

The day will start with 4:00 am pickup from one of our many locations in the San Juan, Isla Verde, Rio Grande, Luquillo, and Fajardo areas. Ride comfortably with a professional driver in an air conditioned vehicle! Arriving at the Ceiba Ferry Terminal at 5:30 am, we will board the 6:00 am ferry for a 1 hour boat ride to the stunning island of Culebra. The ferry is an 80 foot catamaran style vessel with plenty of seating and a restroom on board. The size of the ferry allows for the smoothest possible ride through the open waters en route to Culebra. Enjoy views of El Yunque Rainforest and the islands of Icacos, Palomino, Vieques, and even St. Thomas in the distance!

Upon arrival in Culebra we will enjoy a short walk through the small town area to a local bakery. At the bakery we will enjoy breakfast and a laid back vibe. After breakfast we will load up in our private vehicles for a driving tour of this magnificent island.

Playa Tamarindo

From breakfast we will head to Playa Tamarindo and the protected habitat of an underwater nature reserve. Suit up in snorkel gear and explore the natural reef along the shoreline! Swim with turtles, rays, and all different species of fish in this ocean wonderland!

Playa Zoni

After exploring the translucent waters of Tamarindo Beach we will depart for Plaza Zoni. Driving through the residential area and open farm lands, we will arrive on the east end of the island at Zoni Beach. Take in the stunning scenery of Zoni's natural shoreline, beautiful waters, Cayo Norte, Culebrita Island, and Culebrita's historic lighthouse.

Flamenco Beach

At the conclusion of our day we will visit one of the top 5 beaches in the world- Flamenco Beach! Home to soft white sand and brilliant blue waters, Flamenco Beach will provide postcard worthy views to be enjoyed by all. While at Flamenco guests will enjoy local cuisine and beverages and have plenty of time to explore on their own. Swim freely in the picturesque ocean or walk along the pristine beach to visit abandoned army tanks of years ago!
