We started by creating our own chocolate items. We selected the type of chocolate, the molds for shaping, and the toppings to include.
This workshop had both educational and fun aspects. We learned about the history of cacao, the processes involved in turning the beans into chocolate and were interactive in roasting and grinding. We sampled several cacao based drinks. Gabriel did a great job guiding us. Overall a wonderful experience.
