The next stop is a well-known classic among Lima locals, the prestigious Huaca Pucllana Restaurant, located within an archaeological complex with illuminated ruins dating back to 500 A.D. Here you will enjoy a selection of Peruvian dishes and another pisco-based cocktail. The views and dishes are so irresistible at this stop that even Mick Jagger, Julia Louis-Dreyfuss and the King of Spain, among many others, have not dared to miss it during their travels to Peru.

We will then head to the bohemian neighborhood of Barranco for the last stop. Kimberly and Sue were wonderful guides/hosts! They made us feel like family. the restaurants and stops we went to along the way had wonderful food and were all very interesting and unique. I would highly recommend this tour!

We had less than 24 hours in Lima and the Lima Gourmet Food Tour was an excellent way to not only experience the culinary delights of Lima, but also to discover more of the city and its history than we would have been able to on our own. The food was delicious, the restaurants were all beautiful with a great vibe, our tour guide was so knowledgeable with a great sense of humor, and we really enjoyed getting to know all of the other guests on the tour. This was our first food tour ever and we would definitely do it again! P.S. I also loved that they provided recipes from our tour which was an extra special touch. Thank you so much Lima Gourmet!

A fab evening from start to finish. Kimberly was engaging as a host, very knowledgeable with brilliant English. The restaurants were all very different and every dish was amazing. As a Pescatarian I was catered for perfectly.
