We pickup from hotels on the north and east side of Kauai starting at 8:00am in Princeville, 8:45am in Kapaa, 9:00am in Wailua and 9:15am at Smith's Boats at the Wailua Marina for guests coming from Lihue or the south side. Itinerary

  • Fern Grotto

    Board a spacious, open-air river boat for a two mile leisurely journey to the Fern Grotto where you’ll enjoy a short nature walk through the rainforest. The Fern Grotto is a geological wonder of Kauai where ferns grow upside down from the roof of the grotto. A natural amphitheater of lava rock and tropical vegetation is the perfect backdrop as you are serenaded and entertained by Hawaiian musicians and hula dancers.

  • Opaekaa Falls

    Visit Kauai's East Side 151-foot tall and 40-foot wide waterfall cascading down into a hidden pool. "Opaekaa" means "rolling shrimp" which were once abundant in the stream.

  • Kilauea Point National Wildlife Refuge

    Visit Kauai's bird sanctuary, see firsthand the refuge's seabirds like the red-footed boobies, the wedge-tailed shearwaters, and the red and white-tailed tropicbirds. Also check out the 100 year old, 52-ft Lighthouse. Lighthouse is only open on Thursdays and Fridays.

Amazing view of paradise!

Domi was amazing! So knowledgeable, funny and make us feel like Ohana (family!). There was lots of amazing view stops and we had a yummy fresh picnic! A lovely ukele show at the end as well! Thank you domi for showing us paradise

Scott was a wonderful, friendly tour guide who showed us the best parts of Kauai. He's clearly respected by the locals as everyone welcomed his tour group warmly and waved hello to him. We had an amazing time on our tour!

Interesting tour of beautiful Kauai with great guide

We booked this tour through our cruise ship, Norwegian Pride of America. We were met at the port by the star of the show, Our driver/guide, Domi. The tour started early, 7am and was for 6 hours, so we were back at the ship to enjoy the last afternoon and evening before cathedral cruise ends back in Honolulu. We were taken on a comfortable air conditioned bus as a group of 14 travellers, around the north shore, which is very beautiful and green as Kauai receives more rainfall that pretty much anywhere else in the world. We also had a river cruise to see the fern grotto, which was nice. As said earlier, the tour highlight was Domi, the guide, who did not stop, the whole tour, making us laugh, teaching us the history of Kauai, teaching us key Hawaiian words. He is a special tour guide and therefore made the tour very special. Thanks again and cheerio Domi, from England!

We did this terrific tour with Ken. He was the best!! Very informative, knowledgeable, and polite! We had a wonderful time. Ken kept us informed the whole time, and was very organized. He went out of his way to find a great spot for lunch. The box lunch was great! He is very passionate about his job, and is a terrific asset to your tour offerings!!!
