A great overview of the major sites of Buenos Aires against the backdrop of bright city lights. Very friendly and knowledgeable guide.

Everything we wanted to know about BA!

Our guide, Enrique, was, in a word, terrific! He had a great command of the city’s history, which put everything we saw in perspective. It was a joy to travel around the city with him. We started in the city center with the important government buildings, impressive monuments and a lovely church. At San Telmo, we tasted their offerings, and purchased many treats. With US dollars not accepted at some stores, Enrique was quick to step in with local currency. (We of course reimbursed him.) in Palermo he pointed out the many green spaces, various embassies and other high points. The old water building was impressive at night, as was the former Grande Splendid Theater, now a bookstore. All in all, we got a broad, comprehensive overview of the city, even more than we had hope for. At the end of the tour we asked where to go for a light dinner, and Enrique dropped us at a terrific restaurant near our hotel. It was the perfect end to a fantastic evening!

A fantastic tour of the city and our guide was very knowledgeable and showed us all important sites. Be sure to carry bug repellent. The bugs were attacking me at the Woman’s bridge!
