Overview

Only minutes away from downtown Vancouver, appreciate nature from two breathtaking perspectives - world famous Capilano Suspension Bridge spanning 137m (450 ft) and 70m (230ft) high above the Capilano River and the thrilling Cliffwalk, a heart-stopping 700ft journey along the granite cliffside offering panoramic views of the rainforest and canyon below. History, culture and nature talks are presented in unique and thrilling ways with knowledgeable staff and interpretive signage providing as much or as little information as guests want. Seasonal events like Raptors Ridge birds of prey June to October and Canyon Lights in December enhance this year-round destination. Starting February 5, 2024, Treetops Adventure will be closed for a tune-up. All other regular Park attractions remain open.

Please head to our website to view the up to date shuttle schedule and more information. Our Free Shuttle is operating with pick-up and drop-off at three locations: Canada Place, Hyatt Regency, Shuttles will operate on a first come, first serve basis. Guests must show proof of purchase to ride the ... shuttle in both directions. We also have a parking lot located across the street from the main entrance at a set rate. As well, there are an array of public buses that go up Capilano Road near the Park. You are most welcome to check out the BC Translink website to see which bus would be best suited for your trip. Fantastic and beautiful park. Everyone was very friendly. It was snowing when we got there so made the whole experience magical. Even though we were there in the afternoon, the Love Lights were on and everything was beautiful.

Must do when in Vancouver. Easy free bus from downtown. Amazing rain forest walk with added thrill of walking the suspension bridge, treetop walk and cliffside walk. These guys have done an amazing job to set this experience up.

This is an absolutely stunning place to visit. The park is well maintained and offers spectacular views as you move through the rainforest. The ticket through. the tour was cheaper than the gate price, and booking ahead meant you were not stuck in the long line to purchase your ticket upon arrival. The free bus transportation was efficient as well. This is an unguided tour, which I think best suits this attraction. There are many stairs that might tire and slow some walkers, but everything is optional: if a route seems too challenging, don’t enter it. I strongly recommend hitting the park when it opens. I did and was able to enjoy many quiet moments before the park filled in.

The Capilano Bridge is an interesting experience in Vancouver, with regular shuttles from downtown. The lighting experience during the holidays is super nice. Well managed park, and kids had a great time. Evening is better with the lights.
