Our tour was led by Max, and he was fantastic! Entertaining and informative. Learnt so much and history was rewritten!! Highly recommend.

You can’t make this stuff up

Our tour guide, Max, was enthusiastic, entertaining and knowledgeable. The story he told about the history of the famous Cascade Brewery was one you couldn’t make up and would make a great movie. A terrific tour and worth doing even if you don’t like beer.

Did the brewery tour on Thursday 23/1. Very small group with 4 of us and being the last booking do the day at 4:30pm. We had Paige as our tour guide who had only started recently but she did an awesome job and was very informative and had lots of information to give about the brewery. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Hobart. Very enjoyable !

Our guide Cindy was not only thorough and knowledgeable, but also very engaging. A step back in time that showcased the beginning of an iconic Australian institution from various unrelated activities/industries. Cindy presented a beginning to end of the process that us beer drinkers take for granted. Tasting paddle topped off an excellent tour.
