I did the combo tour, and it was an incredible experience! Juan was an outstanding tour guide, and Julio was an excellent driver. They ensured we returned to the port well before our required time, which gave us peace of mind. Snacks, water, and drinks were generously provided throughout the day. Although there was a scheduling issue with my port arrival time, they handled it effortlessly, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I 1000% recommend this excursion! Don’t let anyone scare you into only booking tours through the cruise lines—this team knows exactly what they’re doing. It was such a refreshing change to explore beyond the heavily touristy areas. At the end there is a very delicious lunch with options for everyone. You must take this tour!

I recently took the Chachobben and Bacalar tour with my family (grandparents, husband and two young kids) as an excursion in lieu of an excursion from our cruise and it was great. We were with another family of 6 but the small group made it more personable. I was scared on how it would be with two young kids but they made us comfortable and were very flexible. We had Chucky as our driver and Leo as our tour guide and he was so knowledgeable! His explanations made the whole trip more special. From start to end, everything was great including the places, food(amazing tacos) and drinks. Even had tequila shots and snacks in between! If we ever come back I would love to book through them again. 10/10 recommend.

Had a great and very interesting and informative tour of the Chacchoben ruins and Bacalar lagoon. Leo was our main guide and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and thoughtful. My wife was sick with a little food poisoning during most of the tour, and Leo was very attentive and supportive throughout the tour. The ruins were really cool, and the lagoon, cenotes and sand bars were fantastic and beautiful. All in all a great day!

Francisco our tour guide was fantastic. Wonderful use of the English language, knowledgeable about the Mayans and the ruins as well as the entire area. Good sense of humor and just a joy to spend the day with.
