13:00 - 14:30 Lunch break in Épernay. We can make a reservation for you or an excellent local restaurant. Épernay is known as the Champagne Capital of France. Located along the Marne river surrounded by the wine hills, it is home to many region’s most prestigious champagne houses. Épernay is a must for champagne lovers. Walk the Avenue of Champagne attracts many tourists. 14:30 Departure to the Pressoria Museum in Ay village. It takes just 10 minutes (4 km).

14:45 - 16:00 Visit of Pressoria Museum in Ay village telling us the History of the Champagne region and Champagne production with the Champagne degustation of 2 glasses of Champagnes. 16:00 Departure to Hautvillers. It takes about 10 minutes (6 km).
