We did this tour on our 3rd day in Paris and it is well worth the cost. We are pretty good at figuring out how to navigate transportation in new places, but this would have been a super helpful tour to take as soon as you step out of the airport or train station as you get a quick run down on public transportation in the city and get to see many of the areas you are going to want to come back to. Our guide Niko was super helpful and friendly. He took time getting to know everyone in the group and introducing everyone to everyone else. He was from the states so we could relate to him well. He was patient in showing everyone how to purchase the tickets for the subway and even walk some through it on their phone or a kiosk. He had great general knowledge of the city. He's a great resource for food recommendations around the city as well. Many times he offered and took photos in front of the various sites we visited. We had a small group, 5 + Niko, so this might vary from group to group, but he was able to WhatsApp us the group photos he took as well at the end of the day as well as recommendations for the rest of our stay.

This was a great experience for my kid (11 yo) and I. The walking and subway combination is the best way to see Paris. Customer service (Daniel) was excellent before and the guide (Yasmeen) was knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.
