    Approximately 2 hours for the observation and learning of the Flora and Fauna of the Tortuguero National Park, plus all the details of the Park's natural history and its surroundings, explained by a naturalist as your guide (National park entrance fee required) Includes: Bi-lingual guide certified by ICT (English / Spanish), binoculars, ponchos, and rubber boots if necessary.

Even though not in season, Jordan showed us the sand “holes” where turtles laid their eggs and bones of a giant green sea turtle that was eaten by a jaguar. He also spotted sloth, toucans, frogs, snake, spiders, lizards.

Charming knowledgeable and very experienced guide in Jordan who has 5 years experience- nb you really dont need wellingtons moat of the time at all - if it’s raining or has been v wet, if you’re happy to get your hiking shoes or trainers muddy stick with them!

So many monkeys! Our guide was wonderful and the receptionist did a great job communicating with us It rained a lot but the rubber boots and poncho worked great Recommend socks that go over ankles

We had an amazing time in Tortuguero! We took the Day Hike and the Canoe Tours with Tortuguero adventures and both tours were very nice and well recommended! Our tour guides were very knowledgeable and friendly!

Again, we got a private tour with Bryan, our favorite tour guide! He took us by boat to where we started our walk. It‘s only a small walk and 140m elevation so you‘ll be fine even if you‘re not very fit. He explained us many details about the flora and fauna of Costa Rica (I personally liked the facts about ants the most!), and how Tortuguero arose due to the special currents of the ocean. The view from Cerro Tortuguero was stunning! Bryan took a monocular with him so we could see everything better. We had lots of fun! The tour took about 2 hours
