We first booked a tour of the Imperial Citadel and Forbidden City with Hung as our guide. We were so impressed by his lively explanations with historical facts that we also booked a private tour with him to the Vinh Moc Tunnels. Thanks to his engaging explanations, we now understand the historical events much better. Highly recommended!

I did the half day DMZ tour with Hung as a guide and what a great day it has been. Hung gave a lot of information not just about the Vinh Moc tunnels and the DMZ zone in general, but also on Vietnam history, the imperial city and more. Thanks Hung for this fantastic day.

We went on the full day trip to the DMZ with Danny. We opted for the private tour and we are very glad we did. Danny’s English was amazing! We are Americans, so Danny’s thoughtful and candid responses to our questions about the Vietnam war was greatly appreciated. The history on this tour should not be missed when visiting Hue. Yes, it is a long day, but it was well worth our time. I give this tour my highest recommendation. Definitely a highlight of our trip to Vietnam.

Me and my girlfriend did the Khe Sahn and DMZ tour with a private driver and it was awesome. Our driver Top was amazing, spoke very good English and knew a lot about the area and the war. He was a very safe driver and flexible to our timing, making sure we made our bus in the afternoon. Would recommend Top and his private car for the tour as it is comfortable and comes with bottled water. Awesome experience made better my our driver Top. Would recommend to anyone wanting to learn about the war and see the history of Vietnam.

Since we were very happy with our first tour with Adventure Journey, we decided to book a half day tour to the tunnels of Vinh Moc with the same tour agency. We were lucky enough to have the same guide as the day before, Hung, who impresser us again with his wide knowledge about the Vietnam War. On the 1.5 hour drive to the first stop, Hung taught us about Vietnamese culture. We then visited the demilitarized zone. Second stop was Vinh Moc, a tunnel system to shelter people from the bombing during the Vietnam War. The tunnel system is impressive considering the fact that it was dug by hand.Last stop was a graveyard with hundreds of graves. Most of the bodies buried there are still not identified today. Also this tour was very interesting and we learnt a lot on that day!
