It was tough to depart at dawn, but it was an enjoyable and informative trip with a friendly guide. I highly recommend visiting, whether you're a local or a foreigner.

It was a very nice tour. Several steps throughout the day. Good explanations. Chloe is a great guide. She is polite and smiling. Don't hesitate to ask for information.

Well paced, informative and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend.

Fantastic tour all round. The Guides: The guides were informative and made the trip extremely enjoyable. We had two guides, Chloe and Kenny, and we split our group between the two guides. I was apart of Chloe’s group. She was humorous and gave great information regarding the history of the area and war, the current effect and tensions of the country’s division, the social impact and S.Korean society’s general view of the division. The guides did not go off topic or ramble at all, their talking points and topics were all interesting and relevant. The Tour: Each area that we visited tells an important piece of Korean history. The tour was setup very well to piece together a timeline of the Korean War then show the modern impacts and how the local communities have adapted. One area requires some cardio, a tunnel which was built by the North to infiltrate the South, there are bench’s to rest but the tunnel is sloped and goes far underground. If you are interested in the ongoing/former conflicts of the Koreas you should not skip this tunnel. We had plenty of time in each area to take photos, check souvenir stores, and enjoy a coffee (for the couple of areas that had a cafe) this tour didn’t feel rushed at any point; the pace of the tour was very enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend this tour higher. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Good tour. Learned a lot of history. Also the ride from Seoul to the site was not that bad and the bus was really nice and clean. Tour guide was knowledgeable as well.

An excellent tour with a great tour guide!

This is well worth doing during your time in Seoul. It takes at least half a day and an early start but very much a great experience. You stop in multiple locations, learn the history and get to go to tunnels. It’s a well thought out day with a lot of time on the coach between stops. Please note there is a lot of walking and not really suitable for someone with mobility issues. Our tour guides chloe and Rachel were excellent with their knowledge and expertise. They took photos of us, explained everything well and gave us enough time to take pictures. I loved our tour!
