It was a great day!

We booked this tour after our flight was pushed back 10hrs. We were able to take the bus to the meeting point. Our guide was amazing! We were the only 2 on this tour so he asked what we had done in Heraklion already, then he modified this tour so we could see something different. It felt like a day with family and i will never forget the experience!

We had lots of fun, learned and experienced the Cretan way of life.

Had a great experience riding eco bikes around the Venetian walls and through the city of Heraklion. Alex was our tour guide and he is fantastic. He was so gracious and knowledgeable about the history of Crete. We had lots of fun and experienced what it is like to be a Cretan. Loved it!

My husband and I both agree that the private bike tour with Alex was the most memorable adventure on our Mediterranean vacation. Alex is a most generous, gracious host (he treats you to a delicious meal), storyteller, and tour guide. His love of his island Crete, Cretan culture/history and people oozes out of him and by the end of your tour, you love everything Cretan too! The e-bikes are easy to use, but you must have balance skills to maneuver through sidewalks and some areas full of people. We did this in September. We highly recommend this tour- guarantee you will have an unforgettable, enjoyable visit in Crete and gain a friend in Alex. His wife Marina was leading a wine tasting tour at the time. They were super flexible when we arrived. We did have some difficulty finding them. My advice from the cruise port is to take a taxi! The bikes were fun and we saw so much in a short time. After so many walking tours, this was a great alternative.
