Overview

Cycling is a wonderful way to discover Ubud’s rice fields—but the right bike matters. On this Ubud bike tour, enjoy fat tire bikes, tailor-made for broken paths, and an electric motor for those pesky hills. Our tour will make you experience the true Bali life by visiting a traditional Balinese house (where we will take a break and eat a delicious fresh fruit salad), then you’ll follow Gagah Rice Field path (and Sok Wayah rice field for the most adventurous riders) to feel the harmonious nature that only Bali can offer. In addition, you will also see the most famous UNESCO World Heritage Site in Bali - Tegallalang Rice Terraces. The coffee plantation and Bali swing won’t be missed, specially if you want to taste the world famous Luwak coffee. And last but not least, the tour will end by having a delicious traditional meal at a local restaurant.

Enjoy a complimentary pick-up from your hotel in Ubud to our shop where you will depart on your 3-hour fat-tire electric bicycle tour. Here, you will meet your guides and get ready for the tour after getting acquainted with your electric bikes. You will cycle effortlessly through the narrow paths of Sok Wayah, riding along beautiful cottages and rice fields. Take a break at Tegalalang Village to see the amazing rice terraces. During this tour, the guides will be telling you about everything you see and the life of Bali. Stops for pictures will of course be available. A stop at a traditional house is also included and a meal at the end of the tour on the terrace of the company’s shop. You will then be taken back to your Ubud accommodation.

Brilliant experience to see most in a few hours

The half day fat boy e-bike trip to he eve fields was beyond expectations and fantastic value for money. Our guide Wayan was super knowledgeable and we had a second guide following us on a scooter to ensure our security. Bi try really kind. Rice fields, home visit, temples, and visit to coffee / tea plantation. So much packed in. Can’t recommend enough.

Fantastic tour!! Guides were very professional and friendly, and the tour was very immersive. We were able to see a temple, a traditional Balinese house, a coffee plantation (with tasting!), rice fields, and rice terraces.

We thoroughly enjoyed the bike tour around the Ubud rice terraces and village. The guide was very friendly and informative, there were periods where we rode on roads but this was supervised by two experienced guides, so felt very safe. We would highly recommend this experience if you are staying in Ubud!

Incredible experience, one hundred percent recommended for people who love nature and learning about other cultures (as the tour includes a visit to a balines house, explanation and view of rice fields, activities such as swings, etc). To sum up, this experience is a must if you come to Bali or if you are planning on doing it.
