I had a great day, was the perfect length, enough time to see everything. My guide, Kelvin was an absolute dream. Travelling on your own makes the guide even more important and we laughed all day! He really made the trip special for me! Would highlight recommended!

We had an amazing day with Kelvin. He picked us up at 6am so we had time for a game drive before visiting shelderick. If you have time for this, definitely recommend the early morning start. The cost of park entry is already included in visiting shelderick, and Nairobi national park is one of the best spots to see rhinos because of all of the conservation efforts being made. Kelvin is very knowledgeable about the animals we saw in the park. He has an obvious passion about all of the national parks and the efforts being made to protect the animals living in them. Having a guide with his kind of insight and enthusiasm really creates the experience and our day with Kelvin could not have been better. We quickly found the rhinos we had been hoping to see. Then had a chance to see a buffalo, zebras, giraffes, ostrich, and many types of birds. On our way to the elephant orphanage, we were lucky enough to see a lioness from just a few feet away. Once at the orphanage, Kelvin helped us get a front row spot with the best view to watch the elephants come in for their feeding. At the giraffe sanctuary, he supplemented our time there with lots of interesting facts about the different giraffes found in Kenya. I would 100% recommend rustic tours for any sort of safari needs and definitely see if Kelvin is available. Our group had a few days of safari in Tsavo after our day in Nairobi and we all wished we could have had Kelvin as a guide there too!

The tour was enjoyable. Sam, our guide, was kind, knowledgeable, and a good driver, which made the experience pleasant. We appreciated the overall experience and would recommend the tour.

Absolutely wonderful day spent with Kelvin from Rustic Nature tours. Booking and ongoing communication was very easy. I felt we were in expert hands the whole day. Kelvin was very knowledgeable and was able to get little extras here and there that contributed to our experience. And lunch was a great recommendation! I would thoroughly recommend using Rustic Nature tours. We have already booked our next tour with him when we comeback to Nairobi!
