Spent the day here via a Princess Cruises line excursion. Very beautiful resort, relaxing and enjoyable We sat at the pool drinking cocktails Lunch was delicious and service was very good. Monet well spent for a relaxing day on the water. Minimal shopping opportunities but what was available was enough and the goods were reasonable. Nice selection, great boat ride to the resort. Not crowded which is a plus!! Money well spent!!

Very organized, great experience. The beach was very private and we loved every minute of our trip. The food was exceptional.

My husband and I are 59 and 60, and our 19-year-old granddaughter came along. We did not want a party trip or a party atmosphere. This trip was full of family and elders. The tour guides were friendly and fun, the boat ride was an hour long, each way, which was wonderful, especially being able to see the shoreline, historic site of Bocachica, and islands along the way. The Encanto resort had plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas, and the white sand & swimming was wonderful and gorgeous! There was also a beautiful pool area that is mostly shaded, and was nice to have the option to cool off from the hot sun. We were served a delicious buffet-lunch, and all of the staff at the resort were friendly and polite. Although there were options for side trips, such as the aquarium, snorkeling, or diving, we chose to spend the day at the resort. I would do this tour again, if I ever make it back to Colombia.
