We visit the outside iconic ruins of dunollie castle and immerse ourselves in the history of this ancient home of Clan MadDougal. A short visit to the museum can be included.

This is a photo stop to view the iconic castle that rises from the loch. Truly iconic castle. A stop at souvenir shop can be organized.

Glencoe Visitor Centre (Pass By)

We carry on and enter one of the most scenic areas of the uk plenty of stops for photos. We learn about Glencoe and the tragic Glencoe massacre.

Bridge of Orchy (Pass By)

We travel through the beautiful remote mystical Rannoch moor allowing stops for photos and on to bridge of orchy where we travel along a small road alongside river orchy.

We next visit kilchurn castle photo stop or walk to castle depending on time Another ruined castle with fascinating history
