This tour is much different than any other tours that you will be able to enjoy in Granada. It is focused to enjoy the hidden gems of the Granada city much away from the common touristic routes. The tour emphasizes on the remarkable monasteries of Granada. The tour starts in Carthusian monastery which is definitely one of a kind. You will not only be able to enjoy the most beautiful example for the baroque style in the entire Andalusia but also learn about the ascetic way of life of the Carthusian monks and the history of the Carthusian order that is strictly related to Henry the VIII, the king of England. Next, the guide will take you to visit the burial place of the Great Captain located in the Monastery of Saint Jerome. On the way you will be able to admire the Royal Hospital founded by the Catholic Kings and the stunningly well preserved 11th century muslim gate to the city. Certainly, you will be surprised to find such a rich heritage away from the other tourists!
