We invite you to join our one-hour guided family-owned farm, where you'll discover the vibrant heart of island agriculture. The objective of this tourism product is not only to offer tourists beautiful natural eco experiences but also to educate them about a thriving island farm. Start your morning with a stunning view as you explore our 2-acre farm and take in the scenic island views. The farm is situated at the highest elevation on the East End of St. Thomas, providing sea views of Great Bay and the neighboring St. John. Following the tour, proceed to the observation deck for photo opportunities and enjoy local delicacies and drinks from the farm. Following your visit to the farm, we head over to the nearby Sapphire Beach for beach time, which boasts white sand, emerald, blue water, and a beautiful view of St. John. Visitors have the option to relax in the serene beach atmosphere or rent snorkeling equipment to explore the coral reef and observe vibrant tropical fish.

The locals cultivate over 4 acres of farmland on St. Thomas, specializing in tropical fruits, vegetables, herbs, and spices. In addition to the farm, they manage a 12-member cooperative garden and host visitors at our Agriculture-Tourism Cabin, providing fresh produce for both establishments and individual consumers.

Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina, originally a commercially owned resort from the 1980s, became privately owned after the initial developer went out of business. The property was divided into individual vacation condos with an association managing common interests. As a privately owned resort, we offer a warm, community-focused atmosphere that sets us apart from large commercial hotels.
