Excellent tour. Exceptional guide in the tour that provided both history and current information on the market. A wide variety of cuisines and large enough samples to get a good ideas of each vendors specialties.

Our guide Judson was fantastic. His love for the market and it's culture radiated from him. He was so knowledgeable about the history of the market and the foods served there, but he was also open to learning new things like that in France the dauphinoise (which we had at La Panier and was amazing) is a side dish, not a savory pastry. The tastings were great, well curated, and plenty to keep you from feeling hungry. I only wish there were more opportunities to sit during the tour. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone!

Tour was fun with a lot of great information about the location. We enjoyed learning about the history in the area. The food was yummy. After the tour, it was nice being able to navigate on our own and revisit the sites. Thank you Matt and the former Utah guy! You did a great job!
