I got the 2 days pass and it’s really worth . The only thing is that you have to plan the visits based on the schedules for the guided visits. Their customer service representative were really quick in answering all my questions and providing guidance when needed. I would definitely recommend it .

Booking e-pass was the best idea we had during this trip. It made our transportation around Istanbul very easy. Also the logistics for the attractions was excellent and the tour guides were knowledgeable, punctual and kind. Their support service was outstanding. We lost one of our transportation cards and they helped us book a new one without delay. They kept us informed of our bookings. There is a good saving in terms of time and money when you get the e-pass vs doing it all on our own. Me and my girlfriend are thankful to all of you in E-pass.

We do a lot of city breaks and always have a look at the city passes. Most cities have some sort of version of this. The E-Pass for Istanbul was the best experience we've had with such a pass. Not only are the savings vs the standard entry prices a benefit on their own, but you also get a guided tour and skip the huge lines of people queuing up to by tickets on the door. The guides themselves were excellent. Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and very professional. They knew their stuff. The tour starts were always bang on the start time, no hanging around. The E-Pass app allows you to view the inclusions and book anything that requires a reservation. All worked flawlessly. If you are going as more than one, just put the number of people you are travelling as and the pass covers that many people - you don't need multiple passes for multiple people. Any reservations you make will be for the number of people on the pass. It doesn't include any local public transport for buses, trams etc, but that's no big deal. It's so cheap and easy to use from the ticket machines, it's not a reason not to pick this pass. If you are visiting Istanbul and intend on seeing the sights, don't hesitate in getting this card. It evens includes a 1gb travel e-sim!

It was a good decision to purchase the E-pass, we boughta 5 day pass. We were very lucky to encounter same guide for 3 of our guided tours, so we had a familiar feeling on tours. Thank you for your services, the guided tours were really good and informative. Special mentioned to your guide, who was well knowledgeable, polite, and interesting throughout the tour. The Bursa trip was well carried on by the rour operator assigned by E-pass, The guide was well engaging with all participants and made the trip lively. We extremely enjoyed the trip. The weather was very pleasant and we never expected to see so much of snow in November. The excitement was, it was our first time experncing the snow. The package was worth for money option was available under E-pass, it includes transport both ways, one way ferry ride, one way cable car ride, lunch and guide services. Bosphorus dinner cruise was good, but a bit of a drag at the end the food served was OK. Continue with your good services!

It was great, we really liked Istanbul and all tours were great and fun. I will definitely recommend E-pass to everyone i know since its probably best value for money and you get to see a lot. Guides were also really good so + for all of them, forgot their names but never mind. All in all really nice trip and looking forward to come back!
