Touring with Christa (sp?) was enjoyable and educational. She is engaging and cares about the island, the people and its history. We learned interesting facts, sampled tasty locally made treats and saw Nassau up close and personal., moving among it’s people. We were in Nassau for a (very) brief day during a cruise. Our meeting point was a short walk from the cruise terminal and after the tour there was still time to browse for souvenirs, etc. Our group was 10 people which allowed for a more personalized experience and the chance to interact with Christa and each other. There are opportunities along the tour to shop, as well as stops where you can use a restroom and buy water or snacks, though no pressure to buy from any of the vendors. Christa also encouraged questions and had recommendations for off the grid spots to make the most of your time on the island. She clearly enjoys sharing history and engaging with people. Christa earns her money through tips, so come prepared with cash. I suggest comfortable shoes as there are some slight uneven spots, some small inclines and steps. I highly recommend this tour.
