Our tour will go to all less touristy area of Lan Ha Bay and Ha Long bay Kayak through rock arches to Bat Cave, Dark Cave, and Bright, passes through Monkey Island. Lunch will be served with plenty of local foods, vegetarian and vegan option are available.     5:30 Pick up from Hanoi (If you book our bus/ regular private car).

  • Cat Ba Town

    08:30: For guests staying in Cat Ba, our bus will pick you up from your hotel in Cat Ba Town or our office at No. 168, 1/4 Street, and head to Ben Beo Pier. The journey takes approximately 10 minutes. At Ben Beo Pier, our tour guide will provide tickets for the Cat Ba Archipelago bay route. These tickets are included in the tour price.

    09:00 Board the boat to Lan Ha bay, passing by Cai Beo Fishing Village which is the most traditional fishing village in the north of Vietnam. It is also one of the biggest floating villages in Cat Ba The cruise moves further into the core of bay where you can't help but be amazed by the gift of Mother Nature: a large bay area, the phenomenal emerald water embracing hundreds of rocky islands of various sizes and shapes.

    10:30 We will discover the lagoon natural area belonging to Lan Ha bay by kayaking through Dark and Bright Caves, tunnels, and archways. This is the most beautiful lagoon in Lan Ha Bay for kayaking activities and also the conservation area. If you are lucky you will see Cat Ba langurs (Golden-headed monkey)

Go for Tyler as guide if you can!

We had Tyler as our guide, who was beyond amazing! Super funny, knowledgable and kind throughout the journey! And the trip was very well planned. First we had a little sightseeing around the mountains in the sea. Then we headed for a kayaking trip to check out the caves which was followed by lunch. After that we had a bit of free time when we could swim and chill a bit, and at the end of the day we headed to the marine research centre and got to learn about all the fish there. We ended the day with a bit of snack in the sunset.

This tour was one of the best parts of our trip. We got to spend the whole day admiring the stunning scenery of Lan Ha bay. There was a good balance between the activities (kayaking, swimming, visiting the marine research center) and relaxing time (coasting through the bay, having lunch, seeing the floating fishing villages). Our tour guide Tyler was the best!! He took really good care of us and was so kind, knowledgeable, and fun. We were even lucky enough to see a family of langurs! It was honestly a perfect day.

The boat trip was absolutely wonderful! Our tour leader, Tyler, was very hospitable and had a great sense of humour. He did a really good job at ensuring a great time for us all! Lan Ha Bay was such a quiet spot filled with natural beauty and very few tourists - perfect for a day of relaxation and taking in the stunning views. Coffee was also on point - thanks Toni!
